We are looking for a passionate Finance Specialist with proven experience in the accounting area. In this role you will have the opportunity work in a multinational environment and support local processes and projects.
Responsibilities:

End-to-end control over Purchase-to-Payment business processes within Ukrainian organization

Resolution of issues under the area of responsibility
-
Responsibility for process communication, deployment, and continual improvements
-
Providing direction and coaching to peer employees, as well as ensuring deadlines are met
-
Providing summary of outcomes and after-action review
Job Qualifications
Qualifications

Strong analytical skills, executional excellence, very good cooperation & proactive approach
-
High level of leadership & ownership to drive independently projects and tasks
-
Intermediate English & fluent Ukrainian spoken & written.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
-
Advanced MS Office tools knowledge
-
Accounting experience is preferrable
-
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities and willing to learn new skills
-
Self-starter who can work independently with a consistent track record of delivering result
-
Flexibility to work within a changing environment
-
SAP knowledge will be an asset
