Creative Designer (Genesis Growth)

We are currently assembling a new team and actively seeking a skilled Creative Designer with a strong focus on motion and video creatives to join Genesis Growth team.

What you will do:

We are currently assembling a new team and actively seeking a skilled Creative Designer with a strong focus on motion and video creatives to join Genesis Growth team.
About you:
- Experience working as a designer using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.
- Knowledge of the basic principles of design, composition, and color theory.
- A portfolio of creatives from previous projects (static, motion).
- Experience in dating products is highly desirable;
- English proficiency at С1 level is highly desirable, as it is crucial to understand the nuances of English-speaking audiences and craft messages that resonate with them effectively.
- Creativity and the ability to generate ideas.
- Willingness to lead a creative team to achieve business goals within deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
Would Be a Plus:
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Cap Cut, and Caption.
- Experience with AI tools (static, video, voice generation) and prompt engineering.
What you will do:
- Design and produce motion graphics and video creatives that resonate with our target audience.
- Explore fresh ideas and approaches used by our direct and indirect competitors, and evaluate their impact on the audience.
- Generate visual (static, motion) concepts and approaches that convey the product's value to new and existing users, encouraging them to try it. Assess the performance of launched creatives and their achievement of KPIs.
- Create creatives for various online placement formats to test ideas and approaches.
- Create, manage, and optimize a factory of creatives with outsourced designers for the continuous production of creatives for various advertising networks.
