Adminstrative Assistant - part time, 20h per week

You are ready for your transformation if you have:
-
English skills at a communicative level
-
Previous experience working as an administrative assistant, in documentation management, or in a similar role
-
Higher education in economics, linguistics, law, accounting, or a similar field
-
Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Transform yourself and take responsibility for:
-
Organising and maintaining both physical and electronic documents and archives
-
Ensuring proper classification, storage, and retrieval of documents
-
Monitoring the document lifecycle from creation to archiving, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations
-
Assisting in the development of templates and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for documentation
-
Tracking expenses and processing invoices in accordance with company policies
-
Coordinating with the finance department to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
-
Preparing and distributing official announcements
