Translator from Russian to Turkish
Logrus IT provides a full range of localization services for international businesses. Our business is expanding, so we’re looking for Russian-to-Turkish translators and editors for active, long-term partnerships on a freelance basis.
We're looking for someone who:
We will ask you to complete a few sample tests on various topics so we can evaluate your professional skills. These samples will be sent in response to your resume. We will discuss terms for future collaboration with candidates who pass the test.
Job Type: Full-time
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience translating IT-related texts (cyber-security, networks, programming and development, software guides, application UI, etc.), legal texts, marketing materials, video games, and software
- Can express themselves clearly and eloquently in Russian and Turkish
- Can read instructions carefully and adhere to requirements (we often work on projects with a lot of reference materials such as TMs, glossaries, style guides, etc.).
- Knows how to search for and find accurate information online
- Submits high-quality translation assignments on time
- Is available to work on projects for us eight hours a day, Monday through Friday
- Knows how to use CAT tools or is willing to learn very quickly
- Is a competent PC user and is willing to be in touch regularly via messenger
- Is willing to complete several small sample tests on various topics
- Experience working with an international company on projects for worldwide brands
- Sizes and deadlines negotiated individually for each assignment
- Payment by the assignment based on a contract with an American company
