Job Description
EMTA INSAAT A.S. is looking for a Site Supervisor who shall be responsible for overseeing day to day operations on site in ongoing and upcoming US Government construction and renovation projects in Incirlik Airbase, Adana.
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for:
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Compliance with the Accident Prevention Plan (APP)
- Scheduling and supervision of the day to day operations of all workers and sub-trades (i.e., plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc.)
- Quality control monitoring
- Coordination of testing, maintenance of a daily log of ongoing activities
- Assisting in development of site safety and fire safety plan, and other, communications to the CQC System Manager
- Ensuring that the project schedule and workmanship quality is maintained, meet the contract requirements
- Ordering materials, scheduling their delivery, and frequently conferring with the on-site CQC System Manager.
Required Skills
The Site Supervisor should have the below qualifications:
- Have a BSc. degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Have minimum 5 years experience in USACE, USAF or any other US Government Agency construction projects
- Have proficient skill in English (writing, speaking and listening)
- Should reside in Adana
- Have a driving license
- For male candidates, should have completed their mandatory military service
- Should have no restrictions to enter military facilities
- Should have no restrictions to travel in Turkiye
