We are looking for a paid Project Intern who will work in Izmir with our Internal Communications team and be responsible for various Development Journeys

Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread internal communications such as newsletters, memos, and announcements.
Research: Conduct research and interviews to gather information for internal stories and updates.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing internal events, team-building activities, and town halls.
Digital Media: Develop and manage content for internal digital platforms, including intranet sites.
Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure consistent and effective communication across the organization.
Feedback Management: Collect and analyze feedback from employees to improve communication strategies.
Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties related to communication projects.
Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Language: Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Englis
Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Attributes: Attention to detail, ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, and a team player attitude.
Experience: Previous internship or experience in communications is a plus but not required.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge MS 365 is a plus.
Basic understanding of employee engagement principles.
Experience with Share Point.
