We have offices located in Bayraklı & Technopark in the Izmir Institute of Technology, recognized by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology as one of Turkey’s most successful Technoparks. Our offices incorporate UI/UX, Mobile, Cloud Technologies along with Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Data Science and Unity teams. Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate, junior, or mid-level professional who is eager to learn and grow within our company. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in translating tasks and directives from the Head of Studio and senior management into actionable items for the development team. This position requires excellent communication skills, effective interpersonal dynamics management, and proficiency in project management tools.

Responsibilities:

Receiving tasks and directives from the Head of Studio and senior management and translating them into actionable items for the development team.
Supporting the creation and management of project documentation, including timelines, schedules, and task lists.
Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to the project management team.
Organizing tasks and priorities based on instructions from senior management with clear deadlines communicated.
Maintaining accurate records of project activities, such as meeting notes and action items.
Providing support for manual testing of games to identify and report bugs, glitches, and other issues.
Accurately documenting and categorizing issues and ensure they are addressed.
Providing support to the project management team as needed for various tasks and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Recent graduate or holding a degree in project management, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
Proficient in managing interpersonal dynamics, conflict resolution, team building, and communication
Enthusiastic about learning and professional development
Dedicated to self-improvement and ongoing skill enhancement
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Project design and prioritization expertise
Proficiency in SCRUM methodologies and tools such as JIRA
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
