Minimum of five years of experience in product management or a similar role within the mobile gaming industry, with a focus on casual and mid-core games is a must.
Proven track record of successfully leading and launching free-to-play mobile games is a must.
University degree in a related field, such as Game Design, Computer Science, Business, Industry Engineering or a similar discipline is a must.
Excellent command of English, preferably demonstrated by a TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent certification.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and leadership abilities
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the mobile gaming landscape
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Residing in or willing to relocate to İzmir

Lead the product team in the development and optimization of casual and mid-core mobile games.
Define product vision, set roadmaps, and guide the development team toward achieving these goals.
Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
Collaborate closely with different departments (design, development, marketing, monetization, publishing, etc.) throughout the product development process.
Analyze player data and feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Manage the game lifecycle, from concept through live operations, ensuring high player engagement and retention.
Manage team performance, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet their objectives.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
