Main responsibilities will include:
Personal assistance to the CEO's and coordinate their schedule (personal appointments, meetings, and events) and when necessary business schedule
To follow, organise and provide full support to the personal program, payments, memberships etc.
Research, organise and follow personal purchases with a proactive approach
Carrying out all personal assistant duties and responsibilities successfully
Arrange and coordinate travel schedules such as flights, accommodation, visa applications etc.
Maintain effective communication within and outside the company, ensuring continuous professional interaction
Welcoming, receiving and guiding important visitors from abroad
Required skills:
Bachelor's degree
Good level of written and spoken English
Strong planning, organization and time management skills
Solution and result oriented with attention to details
Proactive and dynamic
