Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)

Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Job Summary: At Lumia Clinic, we are looking for a " Patient Care Coordinator " to be assigned to our patient care team. The focus and responsibility are to care patients when they are having different treatments and operations through our company.
Description of Job Duties:The following is not intended to represent an all-inclusive list of job responsibilities but to outline the position's ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS.
- Follow through with all customer care needings when patient comes to clinic for treatments and operations .
- Conduct initial phone calls utilizing corporate standards, procedures, and instructions.
- Evaluate potential customer demands and increase their interests.
- Develop methods for creating clients’ portfolios to help gain new customers.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify, understand and document customers’ needs and requirements.
- Clarify information received from clients and provide and alternative solution if necessary.
- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
Required Skills:
- Good analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Sufficient in MS Office programs
Required Experience:
native turkish person speaking english very well
- Experienced in a sales role e in health tourism sector
- Experienced in a customer service role in any sector but preferably in Health tourism.
- Worked with a team environment company or function.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000.00TRY - 35,000.00TRY per month
