Job Description
Take responsibility for various IT systems (SCCM, Active Directory, Exchange and other messages systems, Endpoint Security, VDI, etc.) in a multiskilled approach.
Design, install, configure, test, and maintain IT systems and system management tools.
Manage and monitor installed systems.
Provide 2rd level end user support.
Maintain a proactive view on capacity and performance of IT systems.
Conduct regular performance analysis to identify and mitigate performance flaws.
Contribute to and maintain system standards.
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
Develop and maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies.
Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
Maintain operational, configurational, and other procedures.
Maintain topology, inventory, and service specification documents.
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Communicate technical and non-technical information to technical support groups, customer support centers and end-users as require
Job Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of Windows Client and Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, IIS, Print Server.
Knowledge on Microsoft SCCM, Patch Management and VMware Horizon
Experience on client-server Windows OS management & standardization
Knowledge on preemptive monitoring techniques & competence on related tools
Ambitious to learn about emerging technologies and to keep their self up to date
Strong customer service skills, accurate and logical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal English skills
