We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as IT Support Desk Specialist in our EGGER Gebze Plant.

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Supporting team in 1 & 2 level,
  
• Executing IT support tickets via telephone, remote support and on-site in compliance with group guidelines and work regulations,
  
• Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the IT hardware and software landscape,
  
• Supporting local system changes and rollouts at the Gebze location,
  
• Supporting IT systems (IT equipment and software) and proactive problem management.
  
  

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor or associate degree from technical departments of universities with a focus on IT,
  
• Experienced minimum 2 years in a similar role,
  
• Having effective problem identification and solution skills,
  
• Having excellent command of spoken and written English,
  
• Being good team player who works flexibly and independently.
