Job Description
Generate new accounts within assigned segments
Participate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events
Keep track of accounts’ activities and business details, establish and maintain good relationships with account contacts
Keep track of the competitors’ activities, special promotions and rate packages
Monitor monthly results and performance of assigned accounts. Explain ups and downs of their business volume
Negotiate prices and seal contracts
Communicate effectively to ensure that the sales function is carried out smoothly and commitments are met
Achieve sales objectives and goals as set by the management
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Proven experience in the same field
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly responsible and reliable personality
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Excellent team relationship skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
