Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to define and deliver digital products that meet business objectives and user needs.
As part of our commitment to flexibility, this position offers a hybrid work environment, based primarily on the European side of Istanbul.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features
• Prioritize backlog items, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
• Track key product metrics and use data to guide improvements
• Assist in the development and implementation of product testing and quality assurance processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical language
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Based in or open to working on the European side of Istanbul with a hybrid working model
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in industries such as insurance, e-commerce, or retail is a plus
• Knowledge of software development processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Ability to perform market research and analyze trends
