The Team Lead Operations role is to oversee our daily operational activities. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for optimizing processes. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless operations and drive continuous improvement.

The Team Lead Operations role is to oversee our daily operational activities. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for optimizing processes. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless operations and drive continuous improvement.
Tasks
- Lead and mentor a team of currently 3 operational and technical support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to drive decision-making.
- Coordinate with development and business teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company goals and objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in anything technical, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the agricultural or technology sectors.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, project management tools).
