Experience in Scrum / Agile methodology, including writing use- stories and acceptance criteria utilising INVEST criteria, experience with JIRA and Confluence.
2+ years Business Analysis experience.
Excellent oral and written communication English language skills - able to tailor your approach with both with technical and non-technical team members.
Confident presentation and facilitation skills - ability to influence and negotiate with partners over scope.
Desirable: Ability to mentor junior staff and new joiners across Business Analysis and wider teams.
Detail oriented and highly organized, with the ability balance multiple tasks / projects.
Understands the principles of usability and helps ensure the software is fit for purpose.
An understanding of the KYC / AML / DD environment.
