UX/UI Designer
Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups using industry-standard design tools.
Develop and maintain design systems guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense in design work.
Collaborate with product managers, engineer, and stakeholders to propose simple solutions for complex problems.
Align visual designs across products in coordination with tech/developers.
Translate insights from user research to designs.
Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, technologies and incorporate them into designs.
Requirements 2-6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing design process and solutions.
Advanced knowledge of design tools.
Experience in end-to-end design process or at least 2 stages in detail.
You ll Fit Right in if you are Experience working in an agile environment.
Highly collaborative and can communicate openly and respectfully.
A creative problem solver with an eye for turning complex problems into elegant experiences.
Comfortable in fast paced environments and highly adaptable.
You ve worked in multi-discipline teams across the design process.
Proactive and self-motivated learner.
Nice to have Prior experience designing for the financial domains or working with data driven products.
Mixture of agency and in-house background is a plus.
Experience designing dashboards, information visualisations and workflow solutions.
UX research and testing experience.
Workshop facilitation experience.
