Job Description:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned high-profile livestreamer, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and livestreamer’s earning
Ensure the livestreamer consistently have high SHP wallet share
Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing their needs and resolving all issues related to the livestreamer under care.
Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and maximize the value of the livestreamer
Manage P/L for the assigned livestreamer
Be accountable for any and all livestream performance, P/L, and productivity of the assigned livestreamer
Liaise with multiple internal teams to set up appropriate deals, visibilities, traffic enablement packages for the assigned livestreamer
Coordinate with content and production teams to enhance the quality of livestream sessions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or features.
Track and analyze account performance metrics, including engagement rates, revenue, and viewer statistics.
Provide regular reports and insights to assigned livestreamer and internal teams.
Oversee the planning and execution of livestream campaigns for the assigned livestream, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the livestreaming space.
Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights.

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters Degree
2-5 years of experiences in Key Account Management, Business Development and Sale
Experiences in Livestream Marketing will be a Big Plus
Strong interests in e-commerce and Livestream
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis.
