Market Leader (Director) – Talent Solutions
The Director will be accountable for leading the Talent Solutions practice in Thailand, providing leadership to all aspects of the business in the Market

Strategy:
- Responsible for development and execution of business strategy at a country level.
- Ensure the country strategy is aligned to regional strategy.
- Identification of key initiatives to implement strategy and embed into team members goals.
- Network with internal partners to build awareness on the needs of the market and assistance on strategy execution.
- Active participant and contributor to regional strategy and initiatives.
Business Development:
- Lead all business development efforts by understanding client needs, market size, products and driving marketing initiatives.
- Identify prospects and facilitate product and advisory sales and development opportunities across various industries.
- Building client networks and relationships via an Aon United approach.
- Lead RFP and proposal development opportunities for Talent Solutions consulting prospects.
- Build and manage client networks and relationships that grow and proactively identify additional work opportunities.
Financial Management:
- Owner of the country P&L and controllable expenses therein. Single point of contact for Thailand CEO and Finance teams.
- Understanding of financial levers, and actively managing them, to deliver healthy margins for the business at a country and regional level.
- Collaborate with the regional team for efficient resource management.
- Build investment cases for growth opportunities.
People Leadership:
- Build Impactful teams which ensure high degree of client satisfaction on products and consulting.
- Drive team engagement and retention.
- Mentor and guide the junior members.
- Build industry networks, to be a talent and wealth magnet for candidates.
Client Stewardship:
- Deliver high quality, effective deliverables for clients via industry and solution expertise embedded in project teams.
- Lead large size projects and ensure high quality, timeliness and profitability targets met.
- Work with the regional leadership team to develop innovative client solutions.
- Be a key contact person and trusted advisor for c-suites and boards.
- Create intellectual capital on subject of expertise for sharing with clients and with the team.
