Resource and Budget Management: Manage HR resources and budgets to ensure efficient operations within the allocated budget.
Career Development and Long-Term Planning: Support career development initiatives to help employees grow within the organization and plan for long-term career progression.
HR Project Planning and Control: Plan and oversee HR projects to ensure they are appropriate and achieve desired outcomes.
Reporting and Analysis: Create and analyze reports related to HR activities and outcomes, providing valuable insights for organizational decision-making and planning.
คุณสมบัติ
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
At least 5 years of professional experience in human resource management, human resource development, or related roles. Experience in a large organization is an advantage.
Proven ability to manage plans and control budgets effectively.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
In-depth understanding of HR principles, learning and development management, recruitment, and HR management within organizations.
