Drive employee engagement and culture development for continuous improvement and change readiness.
Enhance HR services to boost efficiency and employee experience as well as ensure HR activities comply with Thai legal requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields with over 10 years of HR management experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Manager in a factory setting.
Learning aptitude, open attitude, and self-starter abilities and strong leadership and change management skills.
In-depth knowledge and experience in compensation and benefits management in the Thai market.
Solid expertise in performance management, including setting and evaluating performance goals.
Proficiency in coaching and advising managers on people-related issues.
Experience in talent acquisition and succession planning.
Capability to work with functional managers on training and development activities.
Familiarity with labor law, labor relations, and payroll compliance in the Thai market.
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work across different functions and with HR colleagues globally.
Good command of Thai and English, both verbal and written.
