• Responsible in preparing and controlling Training course and budget planning support department needs, company's policies and local law.
Co-ordinate with stakeholders for internal/external training programs.
Prepare and update training material, conduct training classes, and training assessments.
Support in designing, implementing HRD projects related.
Prepare for Department of Skill Development (DSD) annual training plan and trainee name list apply for each course send to DSD.
Monitor trainees' attendance and evaluation for effectiveness of training and prepare weekly/monthly report to Management.
Responsible for the preparing, recording of documents in accordance with ISO9001 system.
Support employee activities and communication projects and related.
Other HRM tasks assigned by Department Management.
