This isn’t a desk job! You'll spend a lot of time on the floor mingling with guests and celebrities and ensuring that every stay is an unforgettable one.

About You
- You have prior experience in West Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, or anywhere on this fabulous continent where the heat is real, and so is the hospitality.
- A solid track record at five-star establishments with no more than 120 rooms is a must (because we know you like things manageable, but glamorous).
- You have unparalleled guest contact and PR skills.
- You’re a business wizard who can whip up new revenue streams like magic.
- Expertise to mentor a multicultural team, bring people together.
- Working closely with owners without breaking a sweat.
- Sales and marketing are your forte, and your networking abilities
