1. Patient care
- Move patients, in beds or wheelchairs, between wards and departments
- Move furniture and medical equipment safely
- Keep wheelchair or transportation equipment clean
- Transport and deliver all specimens to laboratory.
- Collect and transport medication from pharmacy unit to different parts of the hospital or unit
- Measure patient’s body weight before and after dialysis treatment and report to the nurse.
- Manage and prioritize each task and record into determine documentation
- Fulfill tasks as assigned under the supervision of head nurse/ In-charge nurse
2. Quality and safety
- Provides for patient safety in the clinical environment.
- Report all incident and customer feedback to nurse.
- Demonstrates willingness to initiate or participate in unit quality activities for safety culture.
- Innovates and initiates in unit CQI project development.

- Communicates effectively with patient and family

- Provide service to patient and family with quality of care.
