Responsibilities:
Contract & Registration Assistant (5-Month contract)
Hybrid work place
Serves as the coordinator for corporate clients (PVD) to do the registration documents to submit to SEC and all PVD contract and related documents of PVD business. C&R assistant has to ensure all the documents are performed professionally and in a timely manner. This includes ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Help C & R staff in coordinating with Relationship Manager (RM) in registration works.
- Name screening all related names in onboarding & ongoing process
- Delivering registration documents and provident fund manual to new clients
- Filing all documents in both hard/soft copies in appropriate places
- Co-operating with provident fund clients with following issues:
- fund articles amendment
- fund committee change
- investment plan and benchmark revision
- fee change
- custodian change
- contact person change/adding
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with all clients
- Improving services in response to clients’ feedback
- Information management system for clients in/out and other clients’ data
- Other assigned duties specified by Head of Provident Fund & Private Fund
- Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time
Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in any field

Good in computer skill

Good command of spoken and written English is preferred

Good written and verbal communication skills

Accuracy and attention to detail

Positive attitude, willing to learn new things, fast learner

Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Ability to multi-task and operate under tight deadlines

Must have service mind

Experience in Provient fund is advantage

Not required but IC or IP license is an advantage
