Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing training, support, and leadership to ensure exceptional performance and productivity. Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen. Collaborate with the hotel’s culinary team to enhance the overall dining experience and integrate the restaurant's offerings with the hotel’s other services. Innovate and refresh the menu regularly to reflect seasonal ingredients, market trends, and guest preferences. Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control to meet budgetary targets and ensure efficient operations.
