Summary
Incumbents may determine best methods and procedures to follow to complete assignments. Tasks are very complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations. Decisions/actions may have an impact on the departments goals and may go beyond the department. Works under minimum Supervision. Situations not covered by standard processes, procedures and methods are referred to manager or expert resource. May provide functional guidance to others performing similar work. May be considered the expert in areas assigned. Builds internal and external relationships that require exchanging information and providing some explanations in a problem solving capacity.
Detailed Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to:
- Electrical wiring and commission the automation machine
- PLC, Sensor, Pneumatics wiring
- Robot wiring
- Find out the electrical solution to troubleshoot and fix the issue for automation machine issues
- Report the issue to the team
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
- Knowledge and experience with PLC systems would be advantageous
- Knowledge and experience with schematic electrical literacy
- Background in Electrical and Pneumatic system design
- Have a passion for this automation job
- Result-oriented, hard-working, and reliable person
- Computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet)
Typical Experience
- 0-5 years experience in automation machine
- New graduates are also welcome
Typical Education
- Diploma of Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Technical or related filed
