Assistant Executive - Document
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy of information updated into the system.
Update data in a timely manner.
Provide customer service by giving shipment status or relevant information.
Improve document processes for efficiency.
Adapt to system changes.
Provide accurate information to the operation team for processing.
Coordinate with the operation team to obtain accurate data on time.
Strictly comply with HSSE policies, regulations, standards, and safety instructions for assigned tasks.
Coordinate with other parties within the yard, acting as a general control coordinator.
Manage customer interactions at the import counter.
Perform other assigned tasks such as employment awards, claim correspondence, working area improvements, and board announcements.
Position Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Good command of English.
Creative thinking.
Problem-solving skills.
Operational skills are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Ability to work in shifts.
