• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, service excellent and security protocols.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including visual merchandising guidelines, inventory control, and safety regulations.
Supervise and train store staff on operational procedures, customer service standards, and product knowledge.
Manage inventory levels and replenishment processes to optimize sales and minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
Conduct regular audits of inventory accuracy and integrity, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, sales, and marketing, to support business objectives and initiatives.
Assist in the planning and execution of store events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Others tasks as assigned.

Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and empower team members.
