1.Assist in training needs analysis and annual training plan development 2.Utilize the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) or other relevant frameworks to design and implement effective training programs 3.Manage the training budget to ensure the efficient use of resources 4.Responsible for the execution of training programs and the evaluation of training effectiveness, including collecting feedback, analyzing data, and making improvements 5.Develop and maintain good relationships with external suppliers in the best interest of the company
1.Bachelor and above degree , with a preference for majors in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, Psychology, or related fields 2.Fluent in English communication 3.At least 2 years of experience in training and development 4.Familiar with the ADDIE model or other training design frameworks 5.Good communication and collaboration skills – able to work well in a team 6.Able to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and activities 7.Adaptable to changes and resilient in the face of challenges 8.Solid problem analysis and solving skills, able to use data to draw insights and formulate effective action plans 9.Proficient in Microsoft Office software and maintains a positive and open attitude towards learning and applying new learning or analytical tools
