Job Description:

As a Supplier Quality Engineer for Efficient Power Conversion, you will be responsible for supplier management, involving in various aspects of supplier quality. This job requires in-depth knowledge of quality system such as ISO9001, IATF16949, and VDA6.3.

Essential Responsibilities:

Take leadership in supplier management
Conduct regular supplier audit in accordance with ISO9001/IATF16949/VDA6.3 requirements and company internal procedures
Work with supplier on corrective actions and improvement activities, following up and confirming implementation and effectiveness
Business development for existing & new accounts in Taiwan
Ensure the quality of problem solving / corrective actions using quality tools such as cause-effect diagram, 5x Why analysis
Work with suppliers to establish required quality programs such as APQP, PPAP. FMEA, MSA, SPC
Support customer assessment and audit

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree as a minimum
In-depth knowledge of ISO9001 and/or IATF16949, and is able to identify nonconformance or deficiency in quality system
Experience in quality system audit and process audit
Experience in supplier management
Language: Fluent in both English and Chinese
