YOUR ROLE
This position’s main mission is to assist COO to lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plan and partner with sales leaders to drive revenue growth by setting appropriate KPIs.
The position is responsible for:
Align Regional long-term strategic planning and goals with local Sales & Marketing Team.
Work with Sales leaders and Marketing department to develop annual Sales and Marketing objectives (including KPIs) and to set individual Sales targets.
Own the end-to-end process of tracking the Sales process and various Sales and Marketing KPIs and provide analytical insights and actionable recommendations to Sales leaders to improve the performance and increase Sales effectiveness.
Collaborate with CRM Manager and COO to prepare Business review materials.
Provide Sales metrics by using CRM tools to Marketing team to monitor demand generation activities and identify the opportunity to enhance the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Ad Hoc assignment as requested by the manager.
YOUR PROFILE
You have 8+ years’ experience in a similar function.
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience of managing several projects simultaneously on complex topics
Analysis in data and statistical
Familiar with various tools to support data and reporting requirements (i.e Power BI modeling/Dashboards, SQL Reporting Services, and excel VBA
- Understand the sales flow (B2B: Prospects - Pipeline – Order Management – Revenue Landing
Understand the user journey analysis (B2B2C: Awareness – Consideration – Decision – Onboarding – Retain – Advocate)
Cross-functional communication
Think outside the box and hands-on doer.
Languages required: Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese
