Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
Seeking an experience Senior Supply Chain Specialist to monitor and manage the inventory system accuracy, manufacturing process compliance. This role demands, agility, strong analytical problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage outsource manufacturing suppliers and multiple functional stakeholders within the organization.

Strong analytical skills. An individual contributor, initiative-taking, resourceful, a team player, and can work under constant pressure and able to prioritize time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and maintain working relationships with corporate multiple functional process stakeholders, engineers, and outsourced suppliers to effectively manage process, new implementation, enhancements, sustaining processes.
- Manage and implement projects, sustaining enhancements.
- Maintain processes to standard, policies, and analyze measurements as part of the daily inventory transactions.

Maintain daily and monthly KPI reporting. Generate and distribute various reports, analysis, and their status in daily, weekly, monthly cadence.
- Physical counts.
- System inventory reconciliation.
- Daily data root cause analysis and debugging.
- Continuous improvement, solutioning strategy to the maintain standard high inventory accuracy.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5-10 years experienced in supply chain inventory control in semiconductor outsource manufacturer and foundries preferred.
- Proficient and strong experience in semiconductor manufacturing inventory MES/ERP systems like Camstar, Promise, SAP, Oracle, INCA.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven experience in management, collaboration of semiconductor outsourced manufacturing suppliers and foundries.
- Excellent in data root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with employees at any level within the organization.
- Working knowledge of BOM/PLM system in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing policy compliance in cycle count, audit, and SOX, ISO compliance.
- Proficient, good command of English both oral and written.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administrations.
