Silicon Engineering Program Manager - Full Time

We have multiple program management opportunities in the silicon space, including CPU, SOC, and AI engines. Get in on the ground floor and help build a highly effective execution machine!
Responsibilities
- Actively drive the domain of responsibility (e.g., silicon CPU, SOC, AI engines)
- Careful upfront planning to orchestrate the necessary tasks in the optimal sequence
- Work closely with engineering team members to meet an aggressive schedule of deliverables
- Simplify complex problems into fundamentals for ease of communication
- Identify mitigations and follow through to successful completion
Requirements
- Strong leadership with a passion for getting things done right the first time
- Ability to drive technical discussions, ask the right questions, and prioritize the next steps
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Great collaboration, communication, and teamwork
- Hands-on attitude
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of technical leadership and project management
- MS or BS degree in a technical subject area
