Support the Management to be responsible for oversight of the activities and timings that underpin the reporting processes.
1. Owns and maintain Jira and Control-M for reporting process.
2. Tracking Monthly Reporting batch scheduling within PCALT.
3. Monitoring WDTs through Control-M and tracking of the PCALT Financial Reporting Calendar.
4. Working with RHO AMS teams to implement changes and communicating to wider stakeholder group (e.g., impacted LBU and RHO component)
5. Tracking issues with regards to meeting WDT requirements.
6. Co-ordinating resolution across teams and escalating as needed. Communicating resolution & timeframes across wider stakeholder group (e.g., impacted LBU and RHO components).
