Established in 1987, Air Liquide Far Eastern (ALFE) is a prominent joint-venture between Air Liquide Group, a global leader in gases, technologies, and services for Industry and Health, and Far Eastern New Century Group. In recent years, ALFE has emerged as the top French company in terms of investment in Taiwan's manufacturing industry. Presently, ALFE boasts a workforce of over 780 employees and maintains a strong presence with 40 offices and plants located in Taipei, Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung, as well as the major Science Parks across Taiwan, providing critical high-quality industrial gases, specialty gases, and advanced materials.
Due to a significant growth in our business, our Hsinchu office is now looking for a QC Engineer who enjoys to build up and improvement the process, instrument reliability maintenance, and satisfy customer's requirement.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. Quality management system
- Ensure the management system is compliant with the standard of ISO, government regulation and Air Liquide's internal system.
- Implement, maintain and improvement the management system
Manage internal and external audits and preparation of the review meeting.

2. Instrument management and maintenance
- Build up and improvement the SOP of instrument's operation.
Examine and correct the instruments, such as GC, GC-Mars and etc.

3. Quality Risk Assessment, Risk & Opportunities & Quality Target Program
- Assist manager in identification of the internal & external Issues
- Consult and advise on defining Objectives, Target & Procedures(OTP) for the issues
Analyze the achievement of the defined OTP.

4. Documentation Control
- Distribute the new or revised procedures to all users.
Manage and control the related activity of the documentation.

Are you a MATCH?
1. Education : Bachelor and above degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Engineering related.
2. Experienced in instruments operation and correction, especially in gas industry or lab. management.
3. 2+ years experience in Quality Control activities, familiar in ISO, QC methodology and statics.
4. Equip with own vehicle is plus
