[Quality and After Sales Service] - Temp
This position is responsible for Fashion quality control & repair process management, collaborate with local repair workshop and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient quality control & repair work flows.

Quality Control
- Responsible for quality results and arbitrating any issue within its country
- Coordinating and animating the quality effort within its country on every quality subjects
- Local market quality standard (Import / Export / Repair )
- Prepare Quality report & analysis
- Communication & collaborate with DC in handling quality control related matters
- Boutique support / training for Fashion quality control related process/ case sharing
- Collaborate with Quality team to align the quality standard for Fashion repair product.
Aftersales
- Responsible for Fashion product repair flow in physical & system control.
- Handle internal systems to monitor the repair process through BTQ / workshop / global ASD.
- Coordinate & communicate within internal workshop & in house repairer for local repair.
- Coordinate the process & communicate with regional / global for overseas repair work flow.
- Boutique support / training for Fashion repair related process/ case sharing
- In charge of spare part work flow: forecasting, ordering, consumption and inventory control.
- Courier/shipment preparation for Fashion repair product.
Processes & Systems
- Front end claim management system - CASS related procedures, processes & data manipulation.
- Repair workshop internal claim management system – GRACE related procedures, processes & data manipulation.
- Warehouse management system – inventory control/procedure
What you will bring
- College or University graduate
- 3 years or above working experiences in related area will be a plus.
- Experiences in luxury retail boutiques will be a plus.
- Experiences in statistical quality control will be a plus.
- Strong in reading and written English
- Advanced at MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attentive to details, fast learner and team-player
- Positive attitude with agile & learning mindset
