Job Responsibility
1. Work with Micron leadship team to define and drive business goal
2. Setup Vision/Mission/Goal/Objective/Strategy of PI loop and Lead team to accomplish
3. Collaborate with cross function area/fab and central team to drive yield/quality, also solve the issues
4. Maintain loop SYS and meet MY goal through SWR idea creation and conversion/inline stability handling
5. Inline target and running performance matching based on OMT point of view
6. Hold War Room and work with team for 49O/S driving
7. Understand and lead effort to meet requirements of internal/external customers
8. Engage with network to address issue of delivery, quality, performance to meet goal and expectation
9. Talent retention sustaintion
10. Find out the opportunity for routine job to through the system solution for productivity improving
