- Understanding of Fab processes and how they affect device/part performance.
- Demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to be flexible with job responsibilities and take initiative
- Good communication and organizational skills, critical in coordinating resources and actions.
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to motivate team members
- Display good time management and judgment skills
- Yield Project Manager and Owner of the Product “Cum Yield” that need involved in collaboration with external functional group (eg. PE, FEMQA) to drive for product Yield/Quality improvement.
- Responsible to indicate the Constraints and Tracing of activities/Timeline to ensure overall yield is planned accordingly to Projection.
- Able Provide Product related Status, Impact of Key events & Priority to meet the Yield Business Plan.
- Responsible for creating and driving a performance plan for each employee with a formal annual review.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team member
