Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with Global Facilities Engineering to identify, define, develop, and implement BKMs for Operations and Maintenance within the Facilities network.
Provide governance of alignment to BKMs and identified Standardization efforts.
Lead the Network effort to implement, monitor, and drive continuous improvement to drive the success of Micron’s TPM program in alignment to achieve increased reliability and eliminate Lost Wafer Output events.
Monitor, measure, and report the progress of Standardization, TPM, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) compliance across the Facilities network from regular newsletter to routine Executive summary report.
Design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that promote a high-performance culture and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Lead analysis of Organization’s Performance results, identify themes or trends, and report findings to the Global Facilities Leadership team.
Develop People
Invest time in coaching and mentoring people.
Help team members learn, grow, and stay current on the latest trends and practices that will support and enhance their area of expertise.
Plan and schedule program timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience
1+ years' experience in leadership role
7+ years' experience in Facilities Operations and Maintenance
3+ years experience in Total Productive Management (TPM) or leading the deployment of TPM
Experience in managing multiple projects and collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders and consultants
Growth mindset leadership to challenge boundaries and encourage others to step outside of their comfort zone
Strong interpersonal skill set, ensuring clear and sound communication
Capable of compiling executive level reports and presentation materials
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.
Program and Project management experience
Travel:
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (10 to 20 % at times)
