Job Description:
(1) Routine Preventive Maintenance execution.
(2) Resolve equipment failures cases and perform root cause investigations.
(3) Improve equipment reliability and sustains equipment capability.
(4) Improve equipment software and hardware by production requirements.
(5) Evaluate equipment potential risks and comes out contingency plans.
(6) Develop documents and standardizes of maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting techniques.
(7) Provide engineering support to other engineering team, other production team, and other improvement teams.
(8) Learn skill of six-sigma, lean production, and SPC to support production troubleshooting.
(9) Compliance of safety and Dupont core value on daily work.
Qualification:
(1) Well attitude and good team player.
(2) Electrical, Auto Control, Electronic, and Mech.-Elec. relative Bachelor degree.
(3) Equipment maintenance experience and PLC/HMI skill.
(4) Documentation, Computer, and Presentation skill.
(5) Middle-level English skill.
(6) Take holiday shift (about once two months) and night shift (about once a year)
