What you'll do:

Maintain and optimize the backend settings of the product page to enhance user satisfaction and conversion rates.
Assist the team in optimizing operational efficiency, supporting new projects, and executing operational details, including SOPs and standardizing processes.
Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor.

What you'll need:

Fluent English reading and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work on complex operational tasks with patience.
Familiarity with advanced data analysis functions in Google Sheets, especially formula VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, AVERAGEIFS and pivot tables.
Passion for innovative culture, and strive to work in a fast-paced environment.
Optional: If you have skills in SQL, Python, and basic coding languages to assist in automating tasks, please mention them in your resume.
