Here, you’ll perform both gap analyses, risk assessments, and audits, along with implementing the physical security framework globally. You’ll be part of Global Security where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for developing and implementing the policies, guidelines, and processes necessary to deliver a professional technical and physical security solution. As a team, we’re very collaborative and support each other towards joint goals, and you’ll have a strong collaborative role throughout the organisation.
You’ll play an important role in:
acting as a focal point for all security-related matters and as security advisor to the senior leadership team in the region
taking responsibility for timely and correct involvement in projects where Global Security is included, proactively liaising closely and timely with all relevant stakeholders
being responsible for following and implementing security policies, instructions, instructions, and guidelines
leading conducting security threat and risk assessments, gap analyses, and audits in close cooperation with internal stakeholders across the organization
working closely with the physical security team in producing security designs
working closely with the risk and compliance team.
To succeed in the role, you:
are a graduate of a military, police, or civil protection academy or have an advanced degree from a recognized education facility
possess at least 10 years’ experience working with corporate security in a large international company or government organization
have experience driving change processes in a multinational organisation and recognize both business needs, key drivers, and security service delivery models
take ownership and are a collaborative and efficient communicator who can create guidelines and instructions in an international context
have proven and extensive experience with implementing new security policies, standards, instructions, and executive presentations within an international context, covering various buildings and site classes.
