The Head of Operations, Taiwan, is a senior management position responsible for overseeing and managing the Taiwan operations, including distribution operations (Unit Trust Administration, UTA), investment operations (Fund Accounting middle office), and fund administration (Fund Accounting back office).

The Head of Operations, Taiwan, is a senior management position responsible for overseeing and managing the Taiwan operations, including distribution operations (Unit Trust Administration, UTA), investment operations (Fund Accounting middle office), and fund administration (Fund Accounting back office).
In order to support Taiwan's business growth, the Head of Operations plays a critical role as a trusted partner, ensuring the organization achieves its goals by delivering operational alpha.

Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organizational objectives
- Formulate plans to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
Team Leadership
- Provide leadership and direction to managers and supervisors
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within teams
Operational Management
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators and operational benchmarks
- Ensure stable BAU operations and maintain high quality
Resources Optimization
- Manage budgets and cost measures to optimize resource allocation
Stakeholders’ Communication
- Ensure effective communication with Taiwan stakeholders, including distribution, investment, finance, legal & compliance, and risk management, to align operational activities with overall business objectives
- Engage regional and global stakeholders, including for projects and BAU items
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures
- Identify risks and develop plans to mitigate them
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business or management
- 10 years of industry experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and drive operational excellence
- Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and implement solutions
- Excellent analytical skills to monitor and improve operational efficiency
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
- MBA or MS degree preferred
