What you can expect As a Hardware Partnership Manager for So Cs (System on Chip) and AI PC, your responsibilities include understanding everything we need from So C companies and collaborating with internal teams to develop a sustainable So C strategy that ensures exceptional user experiences across diverse hardware solutions. You should possess a robust understanding of CPU, GPU, and NPU technologies in leading consumer, enterprise, and Io T devices. Together with experience in software and firmware development, media codecs, and basic AI. Additionally, you'll work with business development to enhance the value proposition in go-to-market strategies and new product launches especially related to AI PC.
Please note this position can be based either in Taiwan or Singapore.
About the Team The Hardware Partnership Team reports to the Chief Product Officer. We drive consistent hardware strategy, policy, process, and partnership with the hardware ecosystem to support all Zoom Workplace and AI products.
What we’re looking for
8+ years of product management, interoperability, partnership, engineering, or business development role in AI related hardware, AI PC and test automation
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to manage ambiguity, solve complex problems and scale effectively across a large organization
Have a technical background. Business, Engineering and Computer Science degree
Have an understanding of Saa S and service provider business models is a plus
Show a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to managing both tactical and strategic actions, supported by effective executive and communication skills
