JR62047 F11 AMHS Fab Engineer
The AMHS sustaining group is responsible for maintaining and sustaining the OHT (Overhead Transport), OHS system(Overhead Shuttle), Normal Stockers, Tower Stockers, BWS (Bare Wafer Stockers), Sorters, N2 purge tools. The relevant configuration, enhancement for all AMHS tools and performance optimization are also listed in jobs' description as well. In addition, unusual working in shift (day/night) and on call are necessary.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Main EQ Scope : SRC330/SRC350/OLUS/OHB/STOCKER/Vertical Carrousel/ SORTER/BWS/N2 STB/N2 standalone
1.Manage new tool in design, installations, and relocations
2.Troubleshoot failures that require advanced knowledge, skill, standby for on-call and unusual working in shift (day/night).
3.Recognize opportunities for technical innovation.
4.Thoroughly understand how your assigned equipment interacts with the overall process flow.
5.Create and approve process configurations on your tool.
6.Monitor tool performance utilizing appropriate software applications.
7.Work with vendors to solve equipment related issues and to drive system improvements.
8.Contribute to global AMHS projects and participate in cross site troubleshooting events
9.Purchase spare parts , monitor spare parts usage and second source parts for cost reduction
10.Create tool specific training courses and documentation.
11.Regularly review established documentation for discrepancies and improvements.
12.Follow all safety, environmental, and security procedures to ensure compliance.
13.Be proactive in reducing incidents of personal injuries, safety hazards or environmental releases.
14.Attend CST Meetings, contribute to global AMHS projects and Participate in cross site troubleshooting events
Others
1.Bachelor degree(or above) major in Automatic control, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Transportation & Logistics or related fields.
2.AMHS installation, maintenance and performance improvement.
3.Familiar with MS-Office VB, PLC, MS-SQL, Oracle is preferable.
4.At least one-year-experience of equipment maintenance in Semiconductor FAB will be precedentially considered.
5.Good English language skill.
6.Able to work in shifts (unusual) .
