Your Talent
1. Bachelor degree in Business/ Computer Science/ Marketing or E-commerce related discipline.
2. Above 2 years E-commerce experience is a must, candidates possess e-commerce retail background is definitely an advantage.
3. Demonstrate a good understanding of E-commerce platform in Taiwan.
4. Experienced Excel/Access User, VBA experience is highly preferred; Knowledge of using statistical software, SPSS is a plus.
5. Working Knowledge of MS office programs (Word, Power Point, Excel).
6. A good team player with strong interpersonal/influencing skills.
7. Highly analytical and competent to handle sophisticated spreadsheet.
8. Able to work under high pressure independently and be flexible in working extended hours.
9. Understanding of business process management concepts and techniques, including process design, mapping, cost analysis, and re-engineering.
10. Experience managing vendor relationships
11. Highly organized, detail-oriented and focused on quality control and execution efficiency.
Your Mission
Planning & Financial Modeling:
Work together with EC team leader to prepare E-commerce Sales projection based on different contract terms. Support internal team on contract term negotiation with existing/new vendors & liaise with stakeholders (legal, finance, logistics etc.)
Manage monthly rolling forecast vs. actual and evaluate campaigns impact from various promotions and make sure monthly sale target is achieved.
E-Commerce Operations Management:
Support standard operating procedures review, and on-going operation working processes initiation/optimization.
Ensure back-end operations work smoothly at all steps, i.e. IT, Marketing, Logistics, warehouse, customer services, etc. inclusive internal communication across departments and external communication with operational vendors.
Store management for future business, especially support operational vendors for their requirements.
Build the e Commerce marketing calendar integrated with Brand Marketing Calendar, Retail Marketing Calendar and Marketplaces Promotion Calendar to ensure cross-channel marketing consistency.
With the support from vendor to assist line manager to develop and manage CRM program in different stores, for examples DM in package, EDM, SMS, VIP care, GWP development, etc.
Business Development:
Work with E-Commerce team leader to develop short-term & long-term E-commerce business development strategy and plan.
Ensure the sustainable growth of the current businesses following business development strategy by collaborating with internal and external counterparts, especially to ensure perfect execution of each sales promotion or marketing campaigns.
Reporting:
Compile the monthly E-commerce highlights report supported by other internal function teams with insights and future action plan.
Other financial and operation reports required.
