Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with Lux Creo’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Lux Creo’s 3D printing products and software.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to resolve customer issues and improve product performance.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues.
Assist in the development of technical documentation and user manuals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in 3D printing technology and Lux Creo’s product offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in the 3D printing industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
