Co-ordinate and schedule in-land transport movements – pick-up and deliveries, and cowork with vendors and warehouse CSs and operators.
Communicate effectively with other departments and transportation vendors to monitor transportation issues and escalate problems as per the escalation procedure.
Track and trace shipments where necessary, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and vnedors and customer.
Receive and re-act for special requirements or instructions from the customers.
Preparation of monthly performance reports to customers.
Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management.

College graduate
Minimum 2 years related working experience in air freight forwarding / shipping / logistics operations or in high volume distribution environment such as cosmetics, electronic appliances/ component preferred.
Computer literate, especially in Word and Excel
Good English and Mandarin communication capability
Good team player
