Summary

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, self-starter Business Development professional to join TBCASoft on a game-changing blockchain payment platform journey, to disrupt the 50+ years old payment ecosystem. We have achieved a successful track record post launch of our HIVEX® Payment Platform and are now ready to scale.
TBCASoft is building innovative products that are re-thinking and disrupting the digital payments and identity management space. The role resides in Taipei and will report to the Global Head of Business Development.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Working side-by-side with the Global Head of Business Development to develop partnerships with the world’s leading fintech companies.
• Able to execute sales strategy from pre-sales, onboarding to service launch by working with internal Product and Customer Success teams.
• Strong presentation skills to articulate and explain our product and services to internal and external parties.
• Able to manage, analyze and optimize pricing strategy for customer quotations.
• Build professional sales presentation materials.
• Collaborate with customers to define and implement go-to-market strategies.
• Marketing and promotion planning.
• Conduct industry research and understand competitive landscapes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in fintech, e-commerce, software and/or the finance industry.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a must.
• Strong Power Point and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate from top universities is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Engineering equivalent required.
